Experts,

I'm new to MAS500 and need some info please. I understand that the reporting used in Mas500 is Crystal Reports. I'm not sure what version.

HOW can I modify the current reports that are used by Mas500???

Should there be a separate Crystal Reports Install CD that came with the Mas500 software..?

Also, can I find out what version of Crystal Reports is used with this Mas500???

Thanks

MAS500 has a SQL based backend. SAGE recommends a seperate app server when installing the software. The $64 question is how was it seup and who is adminstering it. Since MAS500 is SQL based, you can do all the SQL fun stuff and put a Crystal report on top. The issues will be SQL security and rights. If you have an internal DB, take him to lunch and tell him what you want to accomplish.

There will be a Reports folder on the app server. There should be a Crystal CD that came with MAS500. It may need to be installed on a workstation to change the reports. Crystal Runtime is always installed. Always backup your report before making alterations.
