Site hosted on GoDaddy not accessible in China

Our website www.singletoncorp.com is not accessible in China as reported by our manufacturers rep there. I can't figure out why and I don't know where to begin to fix it. Our site uses a shared host through GoDaddy which is, I assume, the root of the problem.

What are my options? Buy a static IP? Buy a .cn domain? Mirror our site on a chinese host? Switch hosts all together?

If my only option is to switch hosts, any recommendations?

Edit to add: I purchased a "dedicated IP" from GoDaddy! for two months to see if that may fix the issue.

The dedicated IP did the trick.
