Outlook and setting the auto fill from another contacts sub menu

I am needing to set th e Outlook auto fill from another contacts sub menu apart from  the  standard top menu, so if I have included 3 new ones personal contacts, banks shop it will draw from all 3 for the auto fill

Outlook only remembers that names that youve already sent messages to.

 A good trick is to open a new message and select all of the most common people that you send messages to (from all address books) then close the message without saving it. This will populate the suggested names file so that theyre there the next time that you send a message.
