Hello, I'm trying to use imagettftext function in my script.
But it returns Call to undefined function imagettftext() .

I run phpinfo() and my PHP version is 5.2.6 on SentOS and have "--with-gd' " on cinfgure command section and on GD section it says:

GD Support  enabled
GD Version  bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
GIF Read Support  enabled
GIF Create Support  enabled
JPG Support  enabled
PNG Support  enabled
WBMP Support  enabled
XPM Support  enabled
XBM Support  enabled

Someone sasy that I will need free-type in order to make the function work.
But I'm not expert of Linux, so I need an accurarte answer before I install something on my server.

What exactly do I need to make the function work?
Please some one adivse.
Thank you.

Note: This function requires both the GD library and the » FreeType library.

Yes, you need free-type.
