My Documents with Roaming profiles

We upgraded our PDC and BDC to server 2008, since we upgraded all our Roaming profiles pulls the My Documents folder. We currently have My Documents redirection configured, is there a way in GPO to remove the My Documents from roaming profiles? (it keeps putting it in the users profile folder) and it makes the profiles huge.

Thank you,

you can change it through GPO and tell it to copy it locally, i believe; is the server in a different site though? on a gb switch i have about 40 users who store their My Documents on a local server, with offline files enabled, and it seems ok.

The servers are located at a different site but everything is connected via Fiber. We are running Server 2008, and I cant seem to find where to change it in GPO, I found the My Documents redirect which we have configured.
