I have a percentage bar chart and a crosstab summarising the same data. The problem i have that the data labels on my bar chart are rounding values up as opposed to down like the crosstab does with percentage summaries.

For example in my crosstab one row's values are 75% , 12% and 12%.
In my bar chart the same data is diaplyed as 75%, 13% and 13%.

Does anyone have any ideas how i can format the data labels on my bar chart to reflect the data in the cross tab without showing decial precision?

Is the chart based on the cross tab or its own data?

The chart is based on its own data but does have corresponding data within the cross tab.

Thanks

Are they summary values?

One way would be to use a formula that rounds down then use the formula for the chart.
