Manoj,

If Google has not indexed your home page traffic will not be sent there.  If it is only listing your feedback page that is where it will direct traffic.  If all of your pages are indexed, Google just might like the feedback page more than the home page.  To see what pages are indexed go to google and type in the querry: site:example.com to see which pages are indexed.

Google will direct visitors to the page it thinks is most appropriate, and this is the way it should be.

If google thinks your feedback page has more appropriate content for the searches you are making it indicates you need to work on the content of your homepage.

Your example also indicates you may want to work on your titles. It indicates your feedback has a home page title. Also, the general rule is don't use "welcome" or "home page" in your titles. they are a waste of keywords for the search engines and also convey no information when displayed in search results.

Similar with the description. You don't need to say its a website, thats quite obvious. Describe its content.

Flash is known to be troublesome with regard to SEO.

You should make sure you fill in the basic meta tags (keywords & description) and the page title.

There are several methods floating about to try and get around the problems flash causes. Do a search on "flash seo".

If you're on an Apache server, you could use your .htaccess file to forward anyone who lands anywhere on your site just to the home page, or you could try to set up other 302 redirects back to the homepage.  As Tiggerito said, Google will choose the landing page for you, so i may choose a different page to display in the SERPs than your homepage.  Titles are the best way to label a page.
