I'm currently deployed in the middle east and have purchased an internet sim card that goes into the computer by a USB port. However, the card does not work on my computer. I've tried utilizing it on several others and it seems to work fine. Do you have a solution?

Do you have any other USB device you can try on the same port to test the USB port on your machine?

Does it recognise the device when you connect it?

Cheers,

Bob

I'm able to use an External and a thumbdrive in the same port. I've also tried the Internet Sim card and the other equipment in mutliple port on the computer
