Calendar invite Duplicates

When i send out a caledar invite in Outlook the recepients are receiving duplicates, I do not have any rules set up or any delegates, do you have any ideas?

What version of Outlook are you using?
Check that you have the latest SP installed.

If using 2003 try closing outlook and reopening by using
Start>Run>Outlook.exe /cleanschedplus

Would also be curious to know if someone sent you a Calendar Invite if you get duplicates as well....
