create a new company wide address book

Hey guys,

I would like to add a new company wide addressbook that everyone can use and see. I have a list of users and there email address's from our parent company (seperate network and we are indpendent of them). I need to let everyone be able to access this address book via Outlook and I have no idea where to start with this.. any suggestions?? Also, I dont think its a good idea to add them to my GAL. I would ike them seperate from that.

This is very simple to do, just create address book and the calendar in the PUBLIC FOLDERS section and grant all users access to it.
