IBM server goes to screen with floppy disk and asks me to hit f1

but if I hit F1 it loops back to the same screen. I just want to format this aray and reload windows. How do I do this

Go into the bios, change the boot order to , cdrom, hard disk.floppy.

boot the OS CD-ROM.
press f6 on the boot when prompted to install new drivers.

Put the floppy disk containing the RAID drivers in the drive, press enter.

finish the install smoothly.
