I know it's not, but when clients computers with locally installed printers connect to terminal server, error 1111 is reported if printer driver can not be found on terminal server. If you don't want to use locally attached printers on terminal server you can safely ignore this error or configure RDP client not to map local printers (clear check box in front of Printers).
