This is using MS Outlook 2003. For each appointment that I made in my Calender, there are 2 remainders when the time is almost up. Can I set it to one? and how?

Should be one reminder for each appointment unless you are using Recurring Appointments then there will be a reminder for each recurrence.

If you sure the two reminders are for the same appointment:
Check that you have sp3 installed:

The close Outlook and Open By Using
Start>Run>Outlook.exe /cleanreminders

This will clean and regenerate your reminders

Hi apache09,

Sorry, make a mistake; it is using Outlook 2007.

In that case, the above still applies. However, have updated the SP for you.
