Help with the Entity Framework in VB for Web app

I am starting a big Web base project and would love to use the Entity Framework. The problem is that I can't seem to find the examples I need. We only use Stored Procedures in our Web applications. And I did fine on the web how to Data Bind a grid using a SP and the Entity Framework:

Dim sp As New NorthwindEntities

Me.GridView1.DataSource = sp.usp_emp_GetAll

Me.GridView1.DataBind()

I also found this on the net:

Dim oDam As emp = (From o In sp.usp_emp_GetAll).FirstOrDefault

Dim sString As String

Dim iEmpNo As Integer

If Not oDam.deptReference.IsLoaded Then oDam.deptReference.Load()

iEmpNo = oDam.empno

sString = oDam.dept.deptno

But unfortunately that is all I can find for The Entity Framework for VB and Web Application and SQL 2000.
What I need to know is how do I use parameters with the Stored Procedure examples I gave above. (Including OUTPUT Parameters)

I get how to do the Insert, Update and Deletes with Stored Procedure.
But how do you get your results into some kind of Data Reader or Data Set so I can go in and manipulate the data? How do I iterate through the data if I return multiple rows of data?

And one last thing. If I have Visual Studio 2008 SP1 and .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 Do I have the Latest Greatest of the Entity Framework?

I hope I am not asking for too much; but it would be great if I could get some code examples like the ones I showed above, on how to do the things I asked about?  If you could I would be internally grateful.

Thanks
Matt

if you are serious about EF, I strongly suggest that you get Julie Lerman's book on the subject. Chapter 6 is dedicated to that topic. Have a look at http://learnentityframework.com/LearnEntityFramework/

Thanks I have ordered the book.
But I would still like my question answered if possible.
