How to allow Outlook 2007 to send bulk emails

Our office has an Access database that generates emails to other offices at the end of the day.  When we were using Groupwise, all 100+ emails went at the click of one button.  Recently, we've switched over to Exchange.  Now when we try to send emails we get the following.

"A program is trying to send an email message on your behalf.  If this program is unexpected, click Deny and verify your antivirus software is up to date."

These are the changes made so far
Tools>Trust Center>Programmatic Access is set to Never Warn me about.....
Tools>Trust Center>Macro Seccurity is set to No Security Check

I've tried installing  MAPILab's Advanced Security for Outlook, but can't seem to get the CDO.dll installed, during Outlook startup it states that the CDO.dll (v6.5.8067.0) is not found.  This may be a seperate issue all together and a seperate question.

Are there any other settings I've missed or is there another application that can handle this for me.

Thanks for your responses.

Add-in Express is based on the MAPILabs Plug-in, but looks like its a different approach.  I've called the development department at our firm to take a look.  I'll have a solution shortly.
Thanks
