Fault on a Toshiba Satellite Pro laptop

See the attached picture. Can anyone tell me what the problem is and whether there might be a simple (cheap) solution?

Many thanks.

That probably went into spam as mail from unknown addresses usually ends up there. Anyway, as this is a forum where many people can participate, you should send the picture to the site so everyone can see it. Use the "Attach File" option at the bottom of your text to attach the picture.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Sorry, the picture is a bit out of focus but does display the problem in the top-right corner...

Thanks

Do you mean the white part of the display, or is this just the result of your camera's flash when you made the picture? If it is the white display, then it looks like a broken panel, it would have to be replaced.
