is the sy0-201 current exam for security + cert?  I wanted to take it in a few months and did check out comptia website - I need someone to confirm and also tell me if possible if this version will not be changed any time soon - they won't update it again in 2010 will they?

yes 201 is the newest. its not going anywhere anytime soon. for updating it again in 2010? yeah they probably will. technology is always changing so security protocols are also changing. new tech = new tests. if you take the 201 before end of year you should be in good shape
