Which is the best SQL Server monitoring software that monitors log files, disk space, usage memory, data base sizes, performance (for sure), monitors clusters also and many other....... PLease let me know. need it badly

There are no. of softwares that can help you monitor your MS SQL Database, please try this software http://www.quest.com/spotlight-on-sql-server-enterprise/ and see if it suits your need.
