Hello Experts,

I am in need of an HTA that could be used to install applications manually from UNC Paths.

following are the requirements:
1. Ability to use alternate credentials
2. Ability to create categories and include apps in them.
3. Ability to pickup the *doc from a UNC Path and give the option to open it. this will be the installation manual.

I am actually looking at a post on Experts Exchange that uses a CMDKEY i am unable to find that exe so having issues.

Attached the .HTA that i am currently looking in .txt format.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks,
VM

The alt credentianls isnt an issue I alread have and IE popup you can use to passback into the Vb section of the HTA that will mask the pwd so 1 is easy.  2 is unclear can you elobarte a little more.  3 the browse for file function to mask out for *.doc I already have a snippet for that so its easy.  If you could elobarte on 2 I think I can get this up for you
