Restart RDP-TCP in Terminal Services Configuration

Can restarting RDP-TCP (in Terminal Services Configuration) be restarted via command line eg PSEXEC?

You could use psservice from former Sysinternals (now MS), "sc" from cmd or just "net stop termservice && net start termservice" from local machine.

The service name is TermService
