Can someone point me to a .pdf or site where this information is listed?

This information isn't provided anywhere as a list.  This is because the framework is such that you drop new exploits (or other modules) into the framework and it is automatically found by the framework - the list of modules it contains is generated on the fly.

You could browse the svn repository at http://metasploit.com/svn/framework3/trunk/ but I think your best bet would be to download the framework from http://www.metasploit.org/framework/ , drop into the command line interface and issue the command "show exploits".  This will give you a list of all exploits present.

Another possibility if you don't want to download the framework is to use the online demo at http://www.metasploit.org:55555/EXPLOITS but I'm not sure that this is up-to-date.
