Hi,
By default, you can use the IP address of the printer to view the status of catrage, printer usage and prints given by users etc..  (Just type the IP Address in Internet explorer and press Enter).
Another way, You can use softwares available on internet for network printer monitor. HP Jet Admin software is one of the software for the network printer management.

-Thanks

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.
