Hello all,
I have a problem and was wondering if anyone else had come across this.

Problem: When a user adds a number of people to a meeting they get the following result (see attached image). It only happens occasionally&

Question: Is the correct functionality or is something going wrong?

Check that SP2 is installed:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=b444bf18-79ea-46c6-8a81-9db49b4ab6e5&displaylang=en

Otherwise it should not do this.
Only way this may happen is if the user adds the users more than once.
Of if the user invites the same distribution group more then once, or two different distribution groups that has the same members.

One could see as there is a pattern to the names:
Elison
McDonell
Russell
Andrea
Matthews
Elison
McDonell
Russell
Andrea
Matthews

Check the Appointment tab also to see who its been addressed to and if the doubble ups are present there as well.

The problem seems to have gone away after upgrading to SP2.

Any Particular reason for the B grade?

If Upgrading to SP2 solved your problem, as stated above, the grade should be an "A"
