MSDTC don't works

Hi!

I need to access to the server with a webserver that used LINQ.

An error said me that I need to install MSDTC service, so I control, its correctly installed.

I join you a screenshot of the configuration.

I tried the MSDTC Tester and I've this :

I don't what to do or where can I find more information on my error :S

I've desactived the windows firewall and the antivirus

I hope you can help me

Have you checked the service is actually started in the Services Control panel?

Start - Run - Services.msc

MSDTC

Ignore the above; My french is a little rusty. I can see the server is in the Demarrer/started state...

OK, reading the error:

Le service spécifié n'existe pas en tant que service installé.

Can you definately see a 'MSDTC' service in the Services Control Panel and it's started?

not exactly, but the DTC(Distributed Transaction Coordinated) is started.

I've resolved the problem:

On my vista laptop, the configuration panel wasn't very furnished.

In facts, in vista we must explore the computer and then clic on properties of the DTC!
