Netgear DG834 forgotten password

I have a customer who has forgotten the password to there Netgear DG834, is there anyway of getting the config or the password without defaulting the router?

nope.. unless you can guess it, then you'll need to factory reset it to gain access..

To factory reset

Hold in the reset button and power on. Keep holding in for 30sec. Wait until the modem responds. If no response do it again. Hold it down for as long as 1 min.
