We have one Cisco IP Phone that we cannot ping from our computers. &nbsp;All other phones we can ping. &nbsp;I can ping the phone from the switch. &nbsp;It seems to be a layer 3 problem connecting to that one phone's IP Address. &nbsp;All the settings on the phone and in the call manager are the same for 2 identical phones. &nbsp;Just cannot access the one phone. &nbsp;Cannot access the phone's device manager through http either.

Cannot Ping One Cisco IP Phone

IP telephony (Internet Protocol telephony) is a general term for the technologies that use the Internet Protocol's packet-switched connections to exchange voice, fax, and other forms of information that have traditionally been carried over the dedicated circuit-switched connections of the public switched telephone network (PSTN).
