Cannot Ping One Cisco IP Phone

We have one Cisco IP Phone that we cannot ping from our computers.  All other phones we can ping.  I can ping the phone from the switch.  It seems to be a layer 3 problem connecting to that one phone's IP Address.  All the settings on the phone and in the call manager are the same for 2 identical phones.  Just cannot access the one phone.  Cannot access the phone's device manager through http either.

Nevermind.  we used the command:

clear ip dhcp binding <bad phone IP Address>

this gave the phone a new IP Address and now it works.
