Can I move FH File type from one drive to another on an Exchange Server

My Exhcnage server is running out of spaceon a 12GB partition.  I have files that are in {} that are an FH type file taking up a lot of spce.  Can I move those to a differnt drive?  What exactly are the files?

What is the location of the files?
Have you moved your log file destination to another drive?
