Restore User's Contacts From Exchange

Our exchange2003/outlook configuration is accessed via terminal server and we ARE NOT running in cached mode.  We had a user accidentally delete all of his contacts.  I have a backup of the file system for both the mail server and the terminal server.  Is there an easy way to restore the user's contacts from either of these file systems.

I believe that contacts are local in PST , and not stored on the Exchange server.

I hope this helps !

Recover deleted items would be the first place I would start with.

Contacts are not stored in PST files, they are stored on the server with everything else.
