Backup Exec recurring job

Sorry I am new to Backup Exec, it is the first time I work with that.
I have some existing backups, that were working fine for a while; but n ow they are ON HOLD and one of them has "Recurring NO".
And no backup is done. I want to put the recurring to YES again on that one, so it can follow its schedule, and starts automatically.
Another thing, why my Job Status is ON HOLD; is that normal???
I know that normally it should be on SCHEDULED.
Anyway now, if I want to backup I have to launch the job manually, which is not what I want.
It was working automatically before following the schedule.
I just unchecked the ON HOLD on one of my jobs, and the backup started.
But I want my backup to start following their schedules, not during the day when I do it myself
How can I fix that without having to recreate the job.
Thanks.

If you right click on your Job under the job monitor you will be able to deselect Hold Job or Hold Schedule depending on the version. As far as the schedule you must edit this via the Job Setup when the job is not running, I hope this helps you. If you have any more questions be glad to help you out!

So if I deselect the "Hold Schedule" the job will start but after will follow its schedule like before?
I'll do it on Monday because when I deselect the "Hold Schedule" the backup starts right away.
By doing that this morning I already got my backup done.
Thanks.

It will try to run the jobs that it missed. But yes the schedule should be restored.
