I've got multiple users on a citrix server farm accessing an application, but when they goto print...they error out. &nbsp;They get the &quot;cannot obtain printer information&quot; error message. &nbsp;<br />

They can print fine from their windows OS with any printer, but random users get afflicted with this error message. &nbsp;I recently went in and renamed one of the users profile to *.old and had him login, problem gone. But this can't be the fix, since it keeps coming back to affect later on after a few weeks or months. &nbsp;Any insight on this issue vexing my userbase? &nbsp;I'm looking for research as to what is happening, why, and the fix...if at all possible. &nbsp;I will appreciate any help in this matter.
