Email signature problem

Hi,

Every time this person replies to an email, the orinigal message that he is replying is beginning to the right of his signature. It starts at the right of his signature instead of below it. I've attached a picture of this to explain it more. You'll have to excuse all of the black paint I had to cover most information with!

Thank you,

-Trent

It actually looks like it might be the 230 causing it to do that, but if it is the signature it is probably because the signature uses tables in HTML format and one of the table row elements was not closed in the signature.  Can you just delete and recreate his signature in Tools > Options > Mail Format > Signatures?

or rather go to tools > options > mail format > and change the drop downs to NOT use a signature at all.  Then try a new reply and see if it does the same thing without a signature...

If it does not, then delete and recreate the signature.  **copy and pasting the signature contents into a new signature may also copy and paste the problem.

They're not able to create or modify the signatures since they are using an Outlook client inside of a terminal server and we (nor them) have any control over it. We'll just tell them they have to get with the administrators of that server and have them recreate it.

Thanks!
