There is a hard reset button on the front panel, that should not need any passwords, it will just reset the Spam Firewall 300 device back to original factory settings.

You will need to press and hold the Reset button for 5 seconds to do a full factory reset, just pressing the reset button only does a restart.

Your default IP address for the Spam Firewall should revert to 192.168.200.200 and the default user/pass is  admin/admin.  If you hold the reset button longer than 5 seconds the default IP can be altered to either 192.168.1.200 or 10.1.1.200 depending on the number of seconds the button was held down.

As long as the Barracude unit is powered on you should be able to press and hold the reset button for 5 seconds to perform the Firmware Reset back to factory settings.
