Sonic Firewall PortShield? IP Address?

Currently I have a LAN that is protected with Sonicwall tz190 with gateway anti-virus,IPS,etc.
I have a new requirement to provide internet access (including Remote Desktop) to a person who will share office space but must not have access to the LAN. I need to keep him off the Lan but provide firewall security for the dedicated PC workstation he will be using.

I have a TZ 190 sonicwall. I have additional public IP addresses that I can assign. What would suggest I do to satisfy this requirement?

PortShield should work - you can assign him a port, make sure his connection is only via that port, and set up the "Zone" for that port so it can connect to WAN but not to the rest of the WAN.
