One of our users was printing a document to the copier. There was a paper jam. After we cleared the jam everyone else can print to this copier except this user.
The user connects to this copier through local tcp/ip port.
I have checked that there is no job showing in the queue on the computer. Tried restarting the spool service. Tried restarting the machine. Tried logging in as me and it still will not print to this one copier. It will print fine to the other copiers.
I also tried deleting the printer and re-installing it with same result.
I am thinking the next move is to delete the printer and going into the registry to take out all remnants of this copier unless someone else has any suggestions.
