Can i install an application terminal server without a domain?

I need to install an app in a terminal server 2008.
I do not have a domain at this point
Can i still configure this stand alone server and publish my app without a domain?

Yes, you can. You would simply need to install TS Licensing onto the same server, and ensure the Terminal Server discovers itself as the licensing server.
User accounts for connecting to the server would be local accounts which must be created on the Terminal Server itself.
