Reset Neoteris SA3000 Password
Hello,
I have a Neoteris SA3000 ssl vpn appliance that was set by someone else.
I don't have an admin credentials and unfortunately the previous admin enabled the console (serial) password.
Is there a way to reset the password?
It's running IVE OS 3.0
I know I can do a factory reset and define a new password but then I will also lose the licenses (which have no backup)
Any suggestions will be appreciated
Thanks

Thanks for your comment!!
I don't have support for this box anymore and I don't even know what lecenses do I have there. I know that there are licenses as it's working for my users.
I heard there's a way to get shell access to these versions of the IVE OS. I guess that with root access I can reset the password.
Anyone knows how to get this access? or any other way to reset the password?
Thanks

I would have a look around the following link for some info on your OS version and also some manuals
http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/software/ive/32.x/
Or their forums :

There is nothing obvious on their KB at the mo bud.

Sadly, I am not aware of any other way to restore the password on this other than a full reset.
As you have a valid license on the unit, I would get a hold of the serial number (and HW ID if you can) and speak to Juniper to see if they can get you a copy of the license to install on the unit after you reset it.
