VB.NET Send and Receive SMS on mobile network.

Dear Experts,

I m developing a Real Estate application in which I need to send SMS advertisements to out different clients on their mobile, after receiving advertisement I want that they can reply back SMS to us.
I have got some solutions from SMS gateway website www.clickatell.com, I almost I have completed sending SMS, but I don't know how to receive back SMS.

I am using this www.clickatell.com, if is there any other website which can do both of my jobs of sending and receiving of SMS on mobile network ?

Check this list of API-based gateways:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMS_gateways#API_based_3rd_Party_Bulk_SMS_Gateways

Ideally you should go with the vendor that provides both send and receive.
