SMTP 25 port could is not open

Hi,

IN ISA 2006 server,

SMTP 25 port could not open connections to the host . how to allow this port on iSA server?
what is the setting please tell me .

Google monkies.....

Can you advise on whether you are trying to connect to an external SMTP server from inside your internal network or to coonect to your own smtp server from the Internet? the method for each is different?
