oracle 10 g databse on two clustered servers does not startup automatically

dear all,
i have two windows server 2008 servers clustered .both attached to A SAN hosting an oracle 10g databse. my prolem  is that when i move the cluster from one server to the othr server ,the database does not start automatically, i need to log in to dqlplus and start it up.although the oracle service on both servers is set to automatic!!

Oracle has its own clustering technology (RAC) and is not integrated with Windows clustering. I don't know how you switch nodes, but you may consider writing a very short script to start the database rather than relying on the switching of the nodes.
