Hi cute,
We can observe the following, Windows Task Manager (ctrl + alt + del), works in a curious and interesting, note that if you click outside the window there, he does not minimize, but loses the focus remains on the front, if we take any other common program and click outside, then it minimizes or leaving the front.
I would like to know how do I go forward my form and when you click outside it to the front? (like windows task manager).minimizing only when you click the button to minimize.
thank you (:

If I understand you correctly, you can use the FormStyle of fsStayOnTop.
On your Form, go to the object inspector, under 'FormSty'e set it to fsStayOnTop.

Good luck :)
