Neoware CA2 cant login to windows

HI there i have 4 x neoware CA2's running windows XPe and i need to factory refresh them as i cant login to them anymore.
I need detailed information on what to do what order to do it and where to get the software to complete this.

I think HP bought Neoware.  You might ask them.
