OWA Access Via Black Berry

I was using my Black Berry Curver 8830 to access my email via internet explorer using OWA. I have been unable to open attachments from emails delivered to my BB so I was using my OWA access using my black berry.

All of the sudden I am unable to open emails using my BB via OWA. I can get to my emails but when I click on them, nothing happens. I don't see a "hand" that normally appears to allow me to click just the arrow icon. Since I can go to any other website and open/click on links, Verizon says its not my Black Berry. Any clues or suggestions?

what is the blackberry default emulation mode? is it blackberry or Internet Explorer?

also, why not just set it up through BIS? It's free and works much better.
