Our company's IT is a first line support for the end users, But IT Corporate provides us with ERP services (ORACLE) including customization and fixing bugs and issues, also they provide us with a VSAT network connectivity to connect all our remote sites to the main network, for the domain we have only one domain for all affiliates including our company this domain is called maaden.com and the main DCs and exchange servers are managed by them.
