symantec Evault - Opening folders by another user that I have granted access to.

I have granted permissions to team mates to a folder under a "Evault folder" - what do my teammates need to do to be able to see these folders?

did you grant access using the ev admin console? trying to figure out if 'evault folder' is a folder in outlook or if you're referring to a mailbox archive within evault.
