Visitor tracking for LAMP website

Hello

I am looking for opensource visitor tracking tools for LAMP website.
I m not looking for 3rd party tools usable on proprietors websites.

The tools should be integrated within our web servers admin pages preferably in MySQL

I am sure I can find alot if I google. I more in need of advices

I recommend www.piwik.org as this is a open source tool which is functionally very similiar to google analytics.
It saves all data in a local mysql database and all you have to do is include a small snippet of JS into your web pages.
