We are trying to renew an SSL certificate with godaddy. On doing so, we receive an e-mail saying that this cannot be issued as they cannot send a verification e-mail to the domain name registrant or administrative contact shown in the whois records.
My question is, how do we add the e-mail address to our whois account?

We decided to implement a different SSL certificate (RAPID) which seemed much easier to implement and activate. Thanks anyway.
