I have upgraded Presentation server from V4 to V4.5 using an access database as the datastore. After a number of issues connecting to the datastore after the upgrade I can now successfully run discovery and connect to the farm.<br />
However, when I try to create an administrator in the access management console I get the error &quot;could not create administrator&quot;. This may be something to do with having to use &quot;Slim Jim&quot; to unlock the access database after the upgrade.<br />
Could anyone help me with this issue.
