Running XP Pro SP2 and Office 2003.<br />
All systems run the same version and all work fine, except for one system.<br />
When I try to create a new Outlook profile (for the first time), I get an error message that says:<br />
&quot;unknown error occurred. error code 0x80040154&quot;<br />
I searched the web to find no hope to solve this problem else where. This is the only site that handled a problem with the same error code, yet of a different nature. &nbsp;When I tried the solution of that problem, it did not work.<br />
Now, it is apparent that this is an XP problem, since the mail icon in Control Panel is an XP component, not an Outlook one. &nbsp;For some reason, I have a feeling that it is a dll that needs to be re-registered.<br />
I hope someone out there could tell me what is causing this problem.<br />
