Printing Blank Page from Internet Explorer

I have a user that can not print from IE.  No matter the number of pages the print out should produce it will only print out 1 blank page.  The only thing on the page is "Page 1 of 1" at the top and at the bottom it prints "file://C:Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\%systemroot\TEMP\69J67SIO.htm" and then the date.

The print preview show the same thing.

I upgraded it from IE7 to IE8 and still have the same problem.  I installed Mozilla as a work around for now.  Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Thanks,

Falco
