Blackberry BES redirection disabled

I'm no longer getting mail from the BES, it states on my profile "redirection disabled"  Did I make a change on the device that caused this?

You could re-enable it by:
1) on BB, go into Mail / Options / Email Settings and change "Send Email to HH" to YES.
2) on BES, right-click your account and select "Enable Redirection".

Thanks, that worked.  However I need to know what caused it so it doesn't happen again.  Could it have been a setting I did on the device?

9 out of 10 times I would say these settings were changed due to users dinking around "innocently" on the device.
I would be concern if this continues to recur for you.... but if this is a one-off, then...  ;-)

This has happened 4 time now to one of our users.  Redirection will be fine for weeks, then it will stop, and on the BES redirection will be unchecked for everything; including Inbox & Sent Items.  Replaced the device after the 2nd time.  Nobody has password to BES server but me.  I'd argue the user is doing it, but she's been doing BB since the 850 and is no dummy.  Furthermore, since she's the owner of the company,  telling her she must be doing it herself is not an option.

Just found out this is a known issue with BES 4.1 SP6.  Upgrade to SP7 fixes it.
